1. Appointment Cancellation

  • Patients are requested to inform the clinic at least 24 hours in advance for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Failure to provide prior notice may result in forfeiture of any advance booking amount, if applicable.

2. Treatment Consent

  • Before initiating any dental procedure, the treatment plan, estimated cost, and expected outcomes will be clearly explained to the patient.
  • Proceeding with the treatment implies that the patient has understood and agreed to the proposed plan and associated costs.

3. No Refund After Treatment

  • No cancellation or refund will be provided once the treatment has been started or completed, as dental procedures are irreversible and customized for each patient.
  • This applies to all treatments including consultations, diagnostic procedures, and clinical interventions.

4. Pricing Disclaimer

  • The final cost of treatment may vary depending on the patient’s clinical condition, complexity of the case, and any additional procedures required during treatment.
  • The initial estimate provided is indicative only and not a fixed quote.

5. Advance Payments

  • Any advance payments made are non-refundable once the treatment has commenced.
  • In case of cancellation before treatment (with proper notice), refunds—if applicable—will be processed at the clinic’s discretion.

6. Refund Processing (If Applicable)

  • Approved refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the original mode of payment.

7. Payment Gateway Compliance

  • All payments made through online platforms (including Cashfree) are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateway in addition to this policy.
